All pick-up orders must be called in to us one day prior to pick-up,
so that we can have it ready when you arrive. |

|
|
Orders over $500 will be delivered with no freight charge.
Orders under $500 will be shipped with a $40 freight or UPS cost added, which ever is least expensive.
Gas prices have continued to be volitile, therefore we have no choice but to"
continue to add a Fuel Surcharge to each order.
A Fuel Surcharge of 2% of your total order cost, to a maximum of $15.00, will be added to your invoice to all markets east of the Mississippi River (in addition to applicable freight charges).
A Fuel Surcharge of 4% of your total order cost will be added to your invoice to all markets west of the Mississippi river (in addition to applicable freight charges).
C.O.D. orders will have a C.O.D. charge in addition to any applicable freight and fuel charges. C.O.D. charges are $6.00 for UPS and 3% of total cost (minimum $15) common carrier. |

- All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
- A 10% restocking charge may be retained for products returned.
- Products shipped in error by Farm Markets of Ohio will be returned for credit or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Products ordered in error by market operator can be returned at their expense for credit.
- All products shipped or ordered in error must be in their original case and not priced.
- Credit will be given for damaged or defective products, with authorization, " if called within 5 days of delivery.

- Inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery.
- All damages must be noted on the shipper's paperwork before you sign for the order.
- FMO will not give credit for damaged products unless noted on shipper's paperwork.
- Contact FMO immediately to report any damaged or missing goods.
- Do not return any product with the shipper unless delivered by our Farm Markets of Ohio
truck.
- FMO is not responsible for damaged products after delivery.
- Out of stock products can be reordered with your next order.

- Please PAY FROM THE INVOICE.
- All UPS and common carrier orders will have the invoice attached.
- With approved credit, our payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.
- Service charges of 2% per month will be added on any account that exceeds 30 days of invoice. Payments are due in our office within 30 days.
- Accounts over 60 days - subject to Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
- Accounts over 120 days - legal action may be taken immediately
- A $20 fee will be charged on all checks returned from the bank due to insufficient funds
